Hello Lake Martin community!

My name is Mike Perry. I am the owner of Lake Martin Residential Overlook LLC. I am originally from Montgomery, Alabama, where I have worked at a medical device manufacturing facility for the past 38 years. My parents had a place on Real Island years ago. I enjoyed Lake Martin as a young boy going fishing and swimming with my four brothers. My wife, Joanne and I moved to the lake in 2018. We have a large family with seven children and sixteen grandchildren. They all live in various places around the southeast. Everyone always enjoys coming to our lake home and enjoying the time we have together. We relish every moment we get to spend with them when they come. We have a wonderful life on Lake Martin. Lake Martin Residential Overlook LLC will provide you with services that will ensure your time on the lake is spent on pleasure and relaxation rather than aggravation and frustration. Enjoying the water with friends and family and not having that precious time disrupted with unexpected issues. We look forward to working with each client’s needs.
